Lawyer graduated from the Law School of the University of Medellin, Specialist in Labor Law and Social Security from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, with postgraduate courses in Labor Law from the University of Salamanca and Labor Relations for Latin American experts from the University of Castilla La Mancha.

She has held senior management positions in national and multi-Latin companies, with responsibilities inherent to the labor relations system and talent management.

Her professional practice has focused on the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Human Management strategies and processes that connected with the purpose and strategy of the business articulate conversations, actions and results that enhance human development, improving the quality of life of employees and families contributing to the addition of value and the best performance of individuals, teams and organizations.
