Master in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigües (Spain). María Clara has also studied Tax Law (CETA) and National and International Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota D.C.

María Clara’s professional practice includes advising different companies in areas such as individual labor law, corporate law, due diligences, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, participation in boards of directors, structuring and negotiating contracts for national and international companies and advising on corporate matters.
