Through Bulletin No. 36 of September 12, 2023, Banco de la República replaced in its entirety the External Regulatory Circular DCIP-83 of the Department of International Changes and Payments (DCIP), in order to adjust the procedures and regulatory provisions to the functionalities of the Foreign Exchange Information System.
On the other hand, on September 27, 2023, Banco de la República partially modified the Regulatory Circular, adjusting its validity. In this sense, the new entry is from November 01, 2023.
